| About the project: Workplace coaching is a term comprising different practices. Common for the different practices is that workplace coaching takes place in a one-to-one relationship between a coach and a coachee, where the role of the coach is to help the coachee to improve performance and obtain individual, job-related objectives. The coaching consists of a series of dialogues over a period of time, where the coach applies different methods, tools and techniques believed to be effective in creating change through communication.
We have created a website for Gro Ladegard who is specialist in this field and wishes to collect information about workplace coaching on her site. The site includes researches made by Gro and her colleagues and is meant to exchange information among those who are interested in workplace coaching.
